  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your account password, and you take full responsibility for all activities, actions and order placements that occur under your account. After account termination, all your pending unshipped orders will be cancelled automatically, and we will process a full refund for all payments you have made for those unshipped orders in accordance with our relevant policy rules.

3. Product Information, Pricing and Order Processing

All product listings published on our website, including content under the Home, Shop, New Arrivals, Bathroom Shelf, and Kitchen Organizer Shelf navigation pages, are designed to describe our home storage products as accurately as possible, but you acknowledge and agree to the following clauses related to products, pricing and order execution:

  • We make every reasonable effort to display the color, size, function and appearance of our neat space storage products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to differences in individual device screen display settings, there may be minor visual discrepancies between the actual product you receive and the product photos displayed on our webpage. These minor variations do not qualify as product quality defects.
  • All product prices listed on www.homecollectionshop.com are denominated in Euro, and the prices do not include applicable value-added tax, shipping fees, and possible import duties for international deliveries, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product detail page. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice. The price that will be applied to your order is the price displayed on the website at the moment you successfully complete the checkout and submit your payment.
  • All orders you submit are subject to our final confirmation and acceptance. After you complete the payment for your order, we will send you an initial order confirmation email to notify you that we have received your order information, but this email does not equal our formal acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order, cancel the order before delivery, and issue a full refund for all the amount you paid, under circumstances including but not limited to when the product you ordered is out of stock permanently, when there are obvious pricing errors on the product page caused by system bugs, when our fraud detection system marks the order as suspicious and high-risk, or when your delivery address is located in a region that we do not officially support shipping to.
  • After your order is confirmed and accepted by our team, we will process it strictly in accordance with the timeline and rules specified in our published Shipping Policy, to arrange inspection, packaging and delivery of your ordered bathroom shelf, kitchen organizer shelf or other storage products to your designated address.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for orders placed on our website must be completed through the authorized, secure payment channels that we officially support and display on the checkout page. You agree to the following payment related rules:

  • You confirm that you are the legal authorized holder of the payment method you use to complete the transaction, and you have sufficient funds or credit available to cover the total amount of the order you are placing.
